The Great AI Debate | Coming to your area

Host or sponsor the next Great AI Debate

Our first debate in Milton Keynes brought 20 panellists and a fully participating audience together. We are now taking the debate across the region, with an event planned roughly every month, and we are looking for venue partners and sponsors to make each one happen.

Why it works

Not just a panel talk. A debate the whole room takes part in.

Voices from every part of society

Academics, business owners, students, ethicists, charity leaders, creatives and professionals, not just the technology sector.

The whole room takes part

Every attendee votes, reacts and submits questions from their own phone, so nobody is just watching.

Live results on the big screen

Polls, reactions and the top audience questions appear on screen as the debate happens.

The same quality every time

One proven format and one control room, so every debate runs to time and feels consistent wherever it is held.

Venue partners

Bring The Great AI Debate to your venue

We are looking for colleges, universities, business centres, conference venues, hotels and community spaces across the region to host a debate. You provide the space. We bring everything else.

What your venue gets

  • A ready-made, high-profile event brought to your venue
  • An engaged audience of business owners, professionals, students and academics
  • Your venue promoted across our event marketing, website and social channels
  • Recognition as Venue Partner on screen, on stage and in the recap film
  • We bring the format, panel, audience app and giant screen system

What we look for in a venue

  • Seating for an audience, ideally 80 or more
  • A stage or front area for a panel of six to eight
  • A large screen or projector and sound system
  • Reliable Wi-Fi for the audience app
  • An afternoon or evening slot of around four hours

Sponsorship

Put your name in front of an engaged local audience

Each debate has a small number of sponsorship places. Sponsorship covers the real costs of running a high-quality event and keeps tickets free for the audience.

1 to 2 places per event

Headline Sponsor

The lead partner for the event, with the strongest presence before, during and after the debate.

  • Named as headline sponsor in the event title and marketing
  • Logo on the giant screen and audience app
  • A short welcome address on stage
  • Featured in the recap film and case study

3 to 4 places per event

Event Sponsor

Support a specific part of the event and be recognised for it throughout the day.

  • Logo on the giant screen and event page
  • Recognition from the hosts on the day
  • Mention in event marketing and social posts
  • Credit in the recap film
