Part of Milton Keynes Tech Week 2026.
Artificial intelligence is transforming the way we work, learn, create, communicate and run businesses.
For some, AI represents one of the greatest opportunities of our generation.
For others, it raises serious questions around jobs, creativity, education, ethics, privacy, regulation and the future of society.
The Great AI Debate brings together people with different experiences, industries and perspectives for an open and thought-provoking discussion about where AI is taking us.
This is not a sales presentation.
It is not designed to tell people what to think.
It is a live debate designed to explore both the opportunities and the concerns surrounding one of the biggest technological shifts of our time.
The agenda
How will AI change the way organisations operate and compete?
Will AI create more jobs than it replaces?
How should schools, colleges and universities respond to AI?
What happens when machines can create images, videos, music and written content?
Where should we draw the line?
Who should control how AI is developed and used?
How quickly is AI really advancing and what comes next?
How could AI change our everyday lives?
The experience
Whether you are excited by AI, worried about it, already using it every day or still trying to understand what all the fuss is about, this event is designed to give you a broader perspective.
